Winthrop–University Hospital - Winthrop Hospital

Winthropâ€"University Hospital was founded in 1896 under the name Nassau Hospital as Long Island, New York's first voluntary hospital. It is located in Mineola, New York and the location was originally constructed in 1900. It was renamed Winthropâ€"University Hospital in the 1980s. Winthrop University Hospital is a teaching hospital for Stony Brook University
